We are seeking a talented and motivated Remote District Sales Manager to join our team at Eaton Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned district through strategic planning, relationship building, and effective sales techniques. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while still being a key player in our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned district
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the customer base
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Regional Sales Director
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed
